Registration fee for participation includes:

• Entry to scientific sessions and panel discussions;
• Programme booklet;
• 7 Coffee/tea breaks;

* Potential participants from national research organizations from Latin America and the Caribbean⁺ can contact the registration office to apply for an award to lower the registration fees by 70%. This will be done on a “first come - first serve” basis as ICBC3 has only limited funds available, but we are very committed to support participants from the LATAM region who are presenting their research findings. To apply for an award to lower the registration fee, you must register online and submit your abstract for an oral or poster presentation in English. After finishing the registration process, please contact Heike Kuhlmann ( ) and provide a message that you apply for this award associated with a proof of employment from the national research organizations in the form of a signed letter on an official letterhead from the home Department Leader or equivalent (please submit a PDF file or scan). The letter must be received latest by the deadline date for registration, however, watch out for the “first come - first serve” rule.

** To be entitled to the discounted rate, the student must be enrolled in a degree programme at a college or university at the time of the ICBC3. Proof of enrolment must be provided in the form of a signed letter on an official letterhead from the home Department Chair or equivalent, stating simply that the student is currently enrolled in the undergraduate or graduate programme of that Department. We are sorry to announce that post-doctoral research scientists are not eligible for the discounted rate. The letter must be received by the deadline date for registration. Bank transfer

After registration your invoice including bank details is provided for download in your account.

Credit Card Payment

Once you have submitted your registration a link will appear on your account to allow you to process your credit card payment through a secured payment system set up for the conference, WORDLINE (Saferpay). Please note any credit card transaction will appear on your statement as KCS Kuhlmann Convention Service.

Your Account

After completing the online registration process your email address and password will enable you to access your account at any time to view the details of your registration, view your payment status, print your invoice or submit an abstract.

Payments:
For a valid registration early registration fees must be received prior to 26 March 2024 to have your oral paper or/and poster submission included in the conference booklet.
Cancellations are only accepted in written form by e-mail. Cancellations received before 5 April 2024 will receive a full refund, minus an administration charge of 40 USD. Thereafter refunds will not be available.
