Guidelines for poster presenters
Poster sessions are an important part of ICBC3 as they provide an opportunity for in-depth discussion and networking. We have secured two attractive time windows for the poster sessions.
- Erecting and dismantling
Please put up your poster at registration time, Monday 24 June from 09:30 to 13:00. Posters should be on display from Monday 24 June 2024, 13:00 onwards until the end of ICBC3 on Thursday 27 June 2024. Posters should be removed on Thursday by 18:00 as remaining ones will be disposed
- Attending your poster
Authors are expected to attend the poster sessions on Monday afternoon and Thursday afternoon. Please consult the online detailed scientific programme for exact timings. As a poster presenter, you should be at your poster during the scheduled poster session. This is the main time for feedback and interactions about your science!
- Locating your poster board
Posters will be allocated to the Session submitted and will have an individual ID number. The Boards will be numbered and labelled with your ID number. The assigned session and poster ID will be announced online in the detailed scientific programme.
- Mounting your poster on the poster board
Posters will have to be stuck to the hard top boards. Pins will be supplied by the organisers.
- Size of your poster
Each poster presentation will be allocated on a single display board. The dimensions of the poster should be in landscape format (120 cm wide and 80 cm high or 4x3 feet).
- Poster presenters are welcome to bring handouts of their posters. It is often useful to attach a small plastic pocket or paper envelope to the bottom of your poster to provide handouts or a small version of the poster.
- Printing your poster
Those who don’t like to travel with the poster might like to reach out to the following address and send the poster to the local company at San José in Costa Rica ventas3@indutauro.com or via WhatsApp on +506-8628-2555, specifying that the poster need to be delivered to Barcelo-San José Hotel for the ICBC3 event.
